Is it quiet at night?

We are a residence in the heart of Salzburg city - traffic and some noise during the night are unfortunately inevitable. If you need a quieter room, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

You don't put 2 foreigners in a room, do you? Is it just OK, if I choose the room for 1 person and no one else will be staying in the room?

All our rooms are private: so if you book a 2 bed room for 1 person, no one else will stay in the room.

Hi, do you have laundry/washing machine?

Yes! We have a washing machine and a dryer for € 2 per wash/dry

Is the shared bathroom spilt by gender?

The shared showers are not split by genders! At the end of the corridors there is a single shower and a toilet! The Keep Eco Rooms

Can I use my own sleeping bag?

You are welcome to use your own sleeping bag, however the price of your room includes fresh bed linen and towels.

How close is the train station?

We are close to the train station! Its about 9 min walking / 700m !

You can find short term parking zones (Max. 3 hours) along the street on which we are located. It is free at night from 19:00 until 9:00 & on Saturdays and Sundays. You can also use the Kiesel Parking Garage or the garage by the train station.

Able to store baggage after checkout?

Yes, You can store your luggage for free.

Hello! There Is a little freezer area in the fridge( 10x20 cm)! We don't have a safe in the house/ rooms You wont have problems with the wifi to work!

Is there a lift?

We have a lift in our house but we are not a disabled friendly hostel so the lift opens on the half floors and there are always steps to take.

Do you offer luggage storage?

We offer a luggage store area from 7am to 9pm.

Wonderful
Best stay we've had in a budget friendly hotel ever. I was very cute, the bathroom in the hall but that was ok too. The stuff we saw was extremely friendly. We only stayed there for one night but we could've stayed longer. We will definitely be back when we come back to Salzburg. The self check in and out was a dream. We definitely loved it!
Not much I honestly have to say we loved it. Maybe thale checkout time is a little early when you go out the night before but even with that the staff was very accommodating.

The concept of wet bathroom is really not a good idea. The bathroom on the third floor is just too much of an improvisation.

Good for short stays, if you don't use the bathroom frequently. :D
The room is good for short stays with friends. It was clean, bright, and located close to the center and train station. The girl at the restaurant was friendly and she answered our questions easily.
There are not many bathrooms available per floor so you have to go up or down stairs looking for which one is available. You can hear train noise at night. Maybe the windows are not special for this.
